Initiate Your Return
Contact our support team or log into your Audiolab account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of receipt.
Pack with Care
Securely pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a full refund.
Ship the Product
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned unit, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
